The management at Jersey Strong are terrific. Emily and Joe are so helpful. Diego in Red Bank is a phenomenal trainer. The view is the cherry on top!!
The Red Bank location is one of my favorite locations. The staff is super friendly, extremely nice and bubbly! The managers are always very helpful and willing to work with you if you have an issue. The smaller sized gym is what i favorite the most, you can go in for a quick workout and not worry about waiting for a machine or it being too crowded. If you had to choose a gym to go to I would recommend Jersey Strong in Red Bank!

I have been working out with personal trainer, Diego for 2 months at the Wow in Red Bank. He is professional, kind and so creative that I never get bored. Every workout we do something new and he continues to challenge me so I continue to get strong. He is really knowledgeable about fitness and always prioritizes safety. I highly recommend him.
