Great customer service. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Only complaint I had was we had adjoining rooms and requested late checkout yet the maid knocked and entered at 11 and I was in a towel. Another came knocking at 11:30.

Courtyards are a great Marriott Property, and this is no exception. The staff are friendly and the building itself is tidy.
Room was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. Found the room to be a bit humid and musty smelling; lack of a bathroom fan may be apart of it. But I would absolutely stay here again.
Other than that, the service and hotel was a nice experience.

Lovely lobby but rooms need to be freshend up a bit. Maintenance needs to upgrade plumbing/toilets and check all sinks for leaks and clogs. While Starbucks is located in the building nothing is complimentary.
