Easy access, clean facilities, usually on time, pleasant staff
The parking situation is ridiculous. Have had my legally parked car sideswiped by someone due to the tediousness of the lot. The ticket office closes very early (9am?).
Not a bad commute. Port Authority bus is more reliable than Wall Street or Jersey City line.
Clean bus, smooth and uneventful trip
Unfortunately the only game in town for bus service to nyc. Awful reliability and communication. Buses are frequently late or missing and no way to speak with the company to get an update. Pickup locations in nyc are poorly marked and drivers don't know anything.
