I have never worked with such an unprofessional business before. I hired Fivestar painting to paint our entire house that we were renovating and not living in at the time, most of which was brand new sheet rock. They gave me an estimate, but then told me it would be $2000 more. (I should have known right then that they didn’t know what they were doing.) Then, they didn’t prep the walls and left nail holes, marks, etc. They claimed they did two coats but there were a lot of spots that had little to no paint, and edge lines were sloppy. Furthermore, they painted the wrong color on the stairs and said if I wanted it changed, I’d have to pay for it. On top of that, they got paint sprayed on brand new tile and tools in the bathroom and mudroom, which they denied was from them! I was very upset and asked the owner, Joe, to send some guys to fix the marks and do touch up. They messed it up even more! They used the wrong colors on the walls and left visible blotches of paint in every room. I just received a quote from a reputable painted to fix their messes and it was $2500! I will never recommend this company to anyone and will tell all to stay away.
The owner and crew showed up on the time they told me and took care of everything that they were going to do and the work of the paint was great
