Went for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Service was attentive, perhaps overly so. Food was good. Beer taps had just been put in so server was unfamiliar with beers on draft. Several bugs flew around our table. Ultimately, it was a fine line lunch. Not regrettable, but nothing to write home about either.
I only saw the lounge and around that area. There are a few different areas with two or three couches/chairs there. There is also an area just off the water with several tables set up for two. This room has glass walls so you could see the water outside. There is a twenty-five dollar entrance fee to that room. At night it is dimly lit.
Stunning views on the river side of the hotel. Make sure to request that side when booking in advance. Restaurant on premise has excellent food. Attentive staff.
Absolutely beautiful hotel and fantastic location. Unfortunately they were a bit understaffed at the bar and restaurant. Wait times were terrible and management seemed blind to the issue.
Great hotel. I am from the area, but have lived in NJ the past 15 years, it's location is one of the best in Central Jersey. Amenities top class for the area. Service is phenomenal, and the catering for the wedding I attended was stellar. Would stay again.
