I was in Riverview for almost a month. They saved my life. During my stay I received excellent care by a friendly and skilled staff. They were very caring and made sure that my long stay was more than bearable. I can't say enough about what a wonderful place Riverview is. I live a mile away and am so thankful to be so close. I recommend Riverview to everyone who could benefit from their care
Was staying with a friend near here. Woke up one morning with high fever and chills. Went to the ER and was out with in hrs. Had a really bad bout of strep throat. Thought I almost died. Never had I been so sick in my life. They pumped me with fluids and Tylenol. Gave me a prescription. Was rough for a week but my visit was well good.
The staff at Riverview Medical Center were so friendly and made you feel at ease during a very stressful time. I cannot say enough about the way I was taken care of by such professional employees. I would highly recommend this hospital and this was actually my first time ever @ Riverview Medical Center. Riverview was the best!!!
My doctor recommended a test that was done at this facility. I was informed that insurance would not cover and pre-paid the cost provided. I was un-happy to get another bill from the radiologist for almost the amount the hospital charged. This cost should have been revealed prior to the test. The actual test went very well. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Only issue was the person scheduling the test did not know where it was performed and sent me to the wrong location. Easy to fix.
The staff at Riverview is top notch. I've been in the ER and also had surgery there last year. Everyone was wonderful.
