I really like this store much better compared to the one in Manhattan. It isn't as chaotic and the staff are very friendly. I think this showroom is much larger as well, so you get to see more items in person.
An upscale hardware store - you won't find the variety of home depot, but the selection is well calibrated.
The personnel in this store are terrible and not very friendly at all. They have no consideration of your time and think they are doing you a favor by helping you.
Great products, even though they change it up quite often. Also, most retail organizations greet you as soon as you walk in & don't ignore customers. Well here you actually have to ask someone for help - wouldn't want to bother you ;)
