I use this location as my Amazon returns drop-off site. Never had an issue on my multiple trips here.

Terrible service they don't answer the phone and packages get lost do not send from this location.
I shipped two silver bars in November of 2016 from the UPS store in Red Bank. They claimed my package was "lost in transit". But I believe an employee of the store took them. I was only reimbursed $100 when the bars were worth several hundred. The sad part is, it took this UPS store nearly three months to partial pay me for the loss. Every week I would call and got a different excuse from Bill. I hope this helps you not make the mistake I did.
My mother passed away, and I did not know how I was going to get some of her things to Ottawa, Ontario. Bill was extraordinarily helpful, and took care of everything. And everything arrived safe and sound - amazingly well-packed - given that I was shipping Hummel figurines, cut glass, and framed photos. Thank you Bill, and UPS!
The Young lady in the store was very sweet, acessible and professional. I wish that every ups store in NYC where i live was this peaceful and pleasant. I will come back here on all my subsequent visits.
