The staff is friendly, outgoing and accommodating. I would probably have never tried this place if I hadn't received a coupon from my car dealership, just a few blocks away.

I came for a full service wash, free from VW service. I've never seen so much attention paid to the post wash process at a car wash... They even open the trunk and dry there. My car looks fantastic, and I'll be back to try their oil change too!
Its a car wash like most others, not particularly new, nothing fancy here. Just a good old fashioned car wash.
My normal car wash place but recently got my car detailed here and they did a phenomenal job!
I brought my car in for a full service oil change and a car wash. I paid for the full service which included a top off of my windshield wiper fluid. When I brought my car in it was too late to get my free car wash so I got a stamp and had to bring it back another day. When I was driving home I noticed that my windshield wiper fluid wasn't squirting out. I thought that maybe they had accidentally emptied it because it wasn't empty before I brought it in. So when I brought it back for my free car wash I mention to them about the windshield wiper fluid. They topped it off again but when I left the second time my windshield wiper fluid was still not squirting out. I pulled over and I had my boyfriend check under the hood and we realize that the hose had been cut so the windshield wiper fluid was just squirting all over underneath my hood. I brought it back immediately and told them what had happened. I would like to mention that I have a new car and have never before this had issues with my windshield wiper fluid. What ensued was awkward denial from the person we spoke with, who brought us back to watch the camera footage of my service. The footage was very unclear and hard to make out and he used that as his evidence that it did not happen there. I have supported this business but I will never support them again. I will tell everyone I know about my experience there. It was way too coincidental that I never had issues with my windshield wiper fluid before in my brand new car and then only when after bringing it there it was suddenly cut and the hose was broken. I completely regret bringing my car there because it ended up costing me even more money.
My spring 2017 review was :Excellent work, quick lines, good prices. My December 24, 2017 review is: What happened to the detail? Brought a friend's car in as a gift for letting me drive it. Paid for the titanium package but the interior was not vacuumed, glass not cleaned, dash and console with dust, large particles, napkins and old coffee lids under the seats. Brought it right back and they ran it through a second time at no charge. Still, the interior was dirty, dusty, rear view mirror had splahes on it, wheels had brown dirt inside that the guy said was rust that doesn't come off yet I was able to scrape it off with my nail. After the guy left I found another spot on the carpet that was still full of dirt and sand and I grabbed the vacuum myself and went to clean it. The vacuum had very little suction yet it was one of those big, industrial looking vacs. Tried the next vacuum over which was a little better but still not powerful enough to get sand off the floor. They have a lot of customers coming through but they are not taking care of their equipment and not properly training the detail guys. This might be an ok place for a quick and dirty car wash but that kind of misses the point.
