The second car was a Dodge and it was cleaner however, the windows were dirty and in both cases the gas tanks were not filled. I was advised that i should return them with same amount of gas. I asked why they don't send the cars out full and was informed that Enterprise gives rides and cannot stop for gas.
I can understand why you have been in business since 1949 your team in Red Bank is superb. What are you going to do about the tolls is my question? It is in convenient when I have an ez-pass and cannot use it. My objection is this please correct!
The first car I was given was a Hyundai and it smelled like baby poop and cigarettes . The interior was dirty and the seats were stained.
The service provided when renting a car is terrific. Very efficient. We like using Enterprise for our rental needs.
What a joke. This place used to be good to rent from. No more. Now it's all about the insurance hard sell, awful cheap cars and $$$ high prices!
