Great experience buying a Trek Bike. I bought the bike over the phone and went in a couple of days later to pick it up. The sales and service people, Reed and Dave, are just awesome, super friendly and truly know their stuff. They were prepared for me when I came. I purchased a bike rack that was put aside for me before I arrived. The sales people demonstrated and installed that for me. We put the new bicycle on very securely for the hour ride home on highways. They were very patient answering my 101 questions! :-) I would definitely travel the distance to purchase a bike from Middletown again. I feel like I am flying on my new Trek Chelsea 9. Love it! It was an absolute pleasure to work with this shop and I highly recommend Trek of Middletown!

Outstanding customer service. Brought my bike in for a new chain and tune up and picked it up a few days later. Took it out for a ride the next day and broke the chain while changing gears on a steep incline. Great job buddy. Luckily I was within a mile or so of the shop, so I called them to see if I could walk the bike over and get it fixed on the spot. Not only did they agree to help me out but Jeff actually came and picked me up. Given that it was 90 degrees out, this was a god send. They replaced my chain (again) and sent me on my way. I am extremely grateful for the level of service I received and can't recommend them enough.
