Absolutely horrible. Only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because pizza was edible (after we finished baking it in our oven at home). Got pizza here plus my daughter asked for spaghetti and meatballs. A very rude, short, bolding, gray haired man took my order and charged me $25 for a tiny portion of glued together pasta (yes, I did ask for pasta to be separate from tomato sauce but I have done same in other restaurants and never had pasta completely stuck together like here). Tomato sauce portion was also tiny and all this was accompanied by 2 mediocre meatballs. I paid $45 for one medium pizza and a tiny portion of spaghetti with meatballs in a restaurant with atrocious service. In a place like Red Bank, with tremendous choice in restaurants, this place should be last on your list.
This was my first visit to Gaetanos and it was for a repass after a funeral. The staff was helpful and food was good. I will go back for dinner
I love this place. The food and service has always been great. The staff is always knowledgeable on the menu. My boyfriend and I have come here on regular days and Valentine's - they're always on point.
Poor poor poor service ! The food was served extremely late. We waited over an hour for our entrees since they forgot about it. And had such small serving sizes on top of that. Part of the staff was extremelyyyyyy rude and had no manners what so ever. Very disappointed.
Fantastic restaurant....... great food , ambiance, service, staff and cleanliness. Totally enjoyed ourselves. Great place to meet friends. You rock, Louis. Continued success.
